Where should the CTA button be placed, and what can it do?

You can choose where to place your CTA button, and its visual style can be fully customized. For the best user experience, we recommend placing the CTA button:
  • Underneath the screen, or
  • To the right of the screen
What can the CTA button do?
Your CTA button can trigger a variety of actions based on your campaign needs. When a viewer clicks the button, it can launch:
  • A QR code that directs users to your website, landing page, or form
  • A phone number prompt (to call directly)
  • A single PNG image
  • A video file
This allows you to drive the exact behavior you want, whether it’s visiting a page, placing a call, or viewing additional content.

Important: Choose the CTA content type in advance
The CTA can be programmed to trigger either a video or an image but not both. For example:
  • If the CTA is programmed to display a video, you cannot upload a PNG later
  • If it is programmed for a PNG, you cannot upload a video later
The required resolution for images is:
  • 1024 × 600 pixels (PNG recommended)
If you plan to upload your own media files, please let us know in advance which content type you want the CTA to use. This ensures the device is programmed correctly before shipping.
