What if my shipment arrives damaged?

If your shipment arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible.

We will need:

  • Photos or video of the damage
  • Quantity affected
  • Packaging condition
Once reviewed, we will:
  • Investigate with the production team
  • Issue a replacement where applicable
  • Or apply credit toward your next order
