How do I access the dashboard, and how quickly is engagement data updated?

You will receive a dashboard link where you can monitor engagement data for your campaign. This link provides access to your campaign activity and does not require a login.

How soon does data appear?

Marc engagement data typically appears on your dashboard in near real time (around 5 minutes).
If the device was opened in a low-signal area, it may appear later, once the MARC connects to a stronger cellular signal.

What metrics are shown on the dashboard?

Your dashboard displays device engagement data, including:

Engagement performance

• Total engagements

• Engagements per Marc

• Open rate

• Average number of engagements per recipient

Engagement duration

• Time between engagements

• Average duration per engagement (avg watch time)

• Total duration watched

• Time of day engagements occur
