Why isn't my test opening appearing on the dashboard?
If your test opening is not showing on the dashboard, the most common reason is that the “Sent” column in your roster was not entered correctly.
The dashboard filters out any engagement activity that happened before the date you marked the MARC as “Sent”, so if you test a MARC before entering that date, it will not be reported.
Once the MARC is marked as sent, any engagements that happen after that will appear on the dashboard, usually within a few minutes.
