How does the IoT technology work in low-signal areas?

MARC records every opening and closing the moment it happens even in low-signal or no-signal areas.

However, if there is weak cellular coverage (basement, rural area, metal building, etc.), the device will:

• Store the engagement locally, then

• Automatically upload it later, once it reconnects to a cellular tower

So, the engagement will be counted, but may appear on the dashboard with a delay.
