How do I reassign a returned MARC to a new recipient?
If you received MARCs back from a direct-shipped campaign, you can easily reassign them to new recipients by updating your Roster.
Step 1: Ask us to unlock your Shipping tab
For direct-shipped orders, the Shipping tab is typically locked after fulfillment.
Email us and we’ll quickly unlock it for you.
Step 2: Update the recipient information
In the Shipping tab, locate the row of the returned MARC and replace the previous recipient’s information with the new one.
Update the following columns as needed:

Name
-
Group (if applicable)
-
CRM ID (if applicable)
-
Date Sent → Enter today’s date
Entering today’s date will filter out any previous engagement activity for that MARC and ensure clean reporting moving forward.
Important Note
Updating the roster does not delete raw data. It simply adjusts how activity appears in your reporting dashboard.
Once updated, changes will reflect in the dashboard within approximately one hour.
