Can I get a Marc sample before placing an order?
If you’re exploring Marc for the first time, you can request a standard sample directly from our website to experience the quality, size, materials, and video playback.
Which size do you send as a sample?
We send only our standard Marc sample, which features: A5 format, 7-inch HD screen, standard content used for demonstrations, no customization.
Can I receive a customized sample with my branding?
At the sample stage, we do not produce custom-branded or personalized samples.
However, after placing your order and submitting your artwork, you can request a physical proof of your own design before full production begins (optional, but adds ~2 weeks).
Do the samples have analytics or tracking?
No. Our sample units are not IoT-connected, so they do not report engagement or analytics.
Analytics are only enabled on connected devices shipped as part of your live campaign order.
How long does sample delivery take?
Samples are shipped within 1–2 business days, and average delivery times are 5 to 7 days.
Tracking is available once shipped.
What if my sample hasn't arrived or arrived damaged?
