What labels, return address, or customs information will appear on my shipped MARCs?
For all direct-to-recipient shipments, your return address will be visible on the shipping label. This helps ensure delivery accuracy and allows packages to be returned or forwarded correctly if undeliverable.
Our final campaign shipments are processed through our U.S. fulfillment facility, so the labels will appear clean and professional, similar to standard USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS labels.
Where is the mailing/shipping label placed on the MARC sleeve?
For direct shipments, the mailing label is always placed on the back side of the corrugated sleeve, exactly as shown in the image below.
This covers the back panel only, no part of the front design, branding, or video screen is obstructed.
Why sample packages looked different
If you received samples shipped from our factory, they may have included:

Chinese export labels

Customs declaration forms

Non-branded or generic packaging
This only applies to samples or prototype units shipped directly from manufacturing.
Your final campaign shipments will:
- Ship from our U.S. mailing facility
- Include your return address
- Use standard USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL labeling
- Not display Chinese export or customs stickers
If you are using bulk shipping, you may also choose to apply your own branded labels or return address .
