Can I track my shipment?

Yes, tracking works differently for bulk shipping and direct-to-recipient fulfillment. Here’s how tracking is shared at each stage.

For Bulk Shipments

If your order is shipping to your office or distribution center, you will receive a standard tracking number (UPS, DHL, FedEx, or USPS) as soon as the package leaves our facility.

For Direct-to-Recipient Shipping (individual mailing to recipients)

Tracking is shared in two steps:

Step 1 – Your MARCs have shipped to our Direct Ship Facility

You will first receive an update confirming that: Your MARCs have left our production facility and are on their way to our direct ship facility.

(This stage does not include individual tracking numbers yet.)

Step 2 – USPS pickup scheduled for final delivery

Once your order arrives at our direct ship facility, you’ll receive: Your order has safely arrived at our direct ship facility, and we’ve scheduled the USPS pickup for the following day.

From there, your MARCs should reach your recipients within 1–4 days, depending on the destination.

How to access tracking numbers

Once the USPS pickup is scheduled, you will receive an updated version of your mailing roster with individual tracking numbers in Column T.

Each row corresponds to one recipient, so you can monitor delivery progress directly from your roster.

Please note

  • Direct shipments use individual USPS tracking, not a single master tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after USPS pickup.

  • Each recipient will receive delivery at a slightly different time based on location.
